| NCTV Executive Director Paul Minicucci has a wealth of experience in arts and digital media at both the state and local level. He comes to NCTV from the California Digital Arts Studio Partnership (Cal DASP), a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students and teachers develop digital media skills from filmmaking to web development. Prior to that, Minicucci served as deputy director for the California Arts Council and as principal consultant to the Joint Legislative Committee on the Arts. He also has been a high school theater and media teacher and a research professor at Virginia Tech. Minicucci has a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and an MFA from UC Davis. He is also playwright with 10 of his works having been produced at the professional, academic and community theater level in Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael and Boston. |

| President Susan Rogers has been an advocate for media literacy education for more than 10 years, with particular interest in issues of free speech, media reform and the influence of popular culture. She has more than 30 years experience in marketing communications, including public relations, advertising, marketing, writing and teaching public speaking. Presently, she is the editor and publisher of the website MediaLiteracy.com. |
Secretary Judy Nielsen is the director of the Imaginarium of Nevada County and the secretary to the Nevada County Board of Education. She has been an active member of many local non-profits over the past twenty years. In addition to PEEF, she currently serves as secretary to the Haute Trash Artists Collaborative. |
Treasurer Born and raised in Southern California, Paul graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Manager. Paul has spent over 20 years managing the accounting operations and external financial reporting for companies with publicly registered securities. After he and his wife Cecilia raised two daughters, they relocated from Temecula, California to Nevada City in 2005. |

| Cassandra Wahlstrom comes from an educational background in Art, Art History, and dance. She has many years of diverse experience in the arts. She has been employed by: LA County Museum of Art, J. Paul Getty Museum, American Victorian Museum, Nevada County Arts Council, and is currently a Sierra College teacher and member of two other local boards related to the arts. |
Jack Meeks holds a BS in Engineering from Syracuse University, MS in Biochemistry from Cornell University, and is an AS Veterinary Technician (Yuba College). He has been a resident of Penn Valley since 1989, where he raises cattle and bees, and participates in the dog rescue program. He has been cast in local productions of Oliver, Music Man, and Once Upon a Mattress. |
