Meeting called to order by president Judy Nielsen at 7:00 pm
Establish quorum: Six members present. Quorum was established by roll call vote as follows: Members in attendance: Jack Meeks, Judy Nielsen, Susan Rogers, Cassandra Walstrom, Paul Shampay, Lew Sitzer.
Members absent: Holly Hermansen, Chip Carman.
Adoption of the Agenda: Motion by Rogers, seconded by Sitzer. Passed unanimously.
Open public forum: no members of the public present.

Considering the appointment/employment of the Executive Director for Nevada County Television (NCTV) – Pursuant to subdivision of Brown Act 54957(b)(1)

6.    Announcement from closed session. By roll call vote, the board voted to make an employment offer to Paul Minicucci for the position of Executive Director of NCTV.
